I am an Associate Professor of Political Science at New York University - Abu Dhabi.
I conduct field experiments, collect original data and use statistics to learn about governance, displacement and service delivery in areas where the state is weak. My work takes place in Congo, Sierra Leone and Kenya. In 2015, I received my Ph.D. from Columbia University. I also have an M.Phil. in economics (with distinction) from Tilburg University. You can find my CV here. Would you like to do research in Congo? Visit fieldlabDRC. NOTE: Several colleagues have received "requests" to review a grant proposal (purportedly written by me) for pay from an outlook email address. These are phishing attempts. |
